+====== The North Coast ======
+The coast, north of Stilton, is cut with long steep sided fjords, although the slopes of the mountains here are often forested.  These trees (predominantly pine species) often line the passes and cover plateaus and the few low-laying areas of the Fjord sides, making it possible to travel right through the mountains to the Orc Hills beyond -  if you know the way.  A few of these fjords are home to Orc bands, who raid ships and other settlements in large war canoes.  Other Orcs hunt the forests, and trade goods along the forested routes back to the Orogs in the Orc Hills.
+Other Fjords are home to various monsters, although a few are can be used as a safe haven if the weather turns bad.   Some of them serve as a lair for pirate vessels, or a resting place for Orc raiders.
