The area between the northern shore of the delta and the mountains forms an extended Orc holding.  There are a number of different Orc groups here, and all of them skirmish and raid the others.  However, they will come together and fight as a race, if they need to.  This page describes the way these Orcs live and fight together, Orcs in other areas might behave differently.
