====== The Civil Guard ======

The Civil Guard serves as a policing force for Imperial areas.  Dressed in Studded Leather and buckler, and  carry a Light Crossbow or Long-spear and/or  ++club|(Think of it as a baton / truncheon, that symbolizes their office)++, depending on the role they are performing.    While they are not heavily armed, they are well drilled and normally fight as a block, gaining all the benefits of the Shield Wall (Combat, Teamwork) feat.
