====== Tusk (City State) ======

Tusk is an independent City State within the Nation of Brevoy.  It does not have an intermediate lord and is responsible directly to the King-Regent.  It is composed of the City itself and the surrounding land, it is the economic capital of the area, and controls most of the trade south towards the Sellen River main trade route.
