IS Jaguar is an Imperial Light Galley, approximately fifty feet long, she can cruise around the archipelago under sail, but has oars, a ram, and a large catapult to fall back on should she need to deal with raiders. While she might only have a total complement of about twenty-five crew, they are all well-armed Imperials with combat experience.

She is commanded by Lieutenant Crosby, a career officer in the Imperial Navy.
