Hospitality Properties

Buildings in this category specialise in providing personal and entertainment services. You build these properties with the intention of letting most of the rooms and apartments out for a profit. You may, however, reserve one standard room or apartment for your personal use.

Descriptions

  • Brothel - Little more than an expensive bar, and a number of very small private rooms that can be rented by the hour. There is always a number of willing boys and girls available to provide companionship.
  • Gambling Den - Little more than an expensive bar with organised games of cards and dice (etc) to be played for money.
  • Tavern - A common room with a basic kitchen and bar, that serves simple food and drink. For a small fee you might be allowed to sleep overnight on the common room floor. (★ Accommodation)
  • Eating House - A basic restaurant serving simple food. No chance of anyone staying over.
  • Restaurant - Common room with kitchens attached where good food and drink is served at the table. No chance of anyone staying over.
  • Road House - A Tavern with dormitory accommodation attached. Serves average food and drink. (★★ Accommodation)
  • Dance Hall - what it says on the tin - Common room for dancing - with a bar attached.
  • Inn - a Road House with guest bedrooms rooms attached. (★★★ Accommodation)
  • Theatre - designed for the staging of plays, concerts and similar entertainments.
  • Small Arena - designed for the staging of small scale sporting events such as Boxing Matches, Duels, Single Gladiator events, Table Tennis and the like.
  • Hotel - an upscale inn. More rooms, better rooms, better restaurant, good food and drink - more expensive. (★★★★ Accommodation)
  • Large Arena - outdoor events, horse racing, athletics, football, jousting, mass combats, etc.
  • Grand Hotel - Accommodation fit for a noble. (★★★★★ Accommodation)
