| Chancellor: Kushisma Russino (LN female human Priest of Abadar ) | Banker (senior Priest) at the temple of Abadar in Restov and looks after the City's Money. She has spent the whole of her life as a temple priest in Restov. |
| Advocate: Jenessa Alston (N Female Human ) | From a successful local merchant family. Worked in the business for a while before taking up her council post. Family is wealthy but no real titles. |
| First Swordlord: Senior Sword Lord Aldori-Porter (N male Human ) | A retired mercenary commander, who took on the day to day management of the Aldori Academy. His field experience is seen as an invaluable resource. |
| Moderator: High Priest Ezvanki Keegh (NG male human Priest of Erastil ) | Now in middle age, this local lad trained in this temple, went adventuring and came back to take over. He has been high priest here for seven or eight years. |

| Councillor: Senior Duelling Master Horatio Lebeda-Berain (N male human ) | He worked in ship-board and merchant security before he retired to buy the college. He is associated to the Lebeda by marriage and is the Rondelro master who leads the Northern Schools. |
| Councillor: Senior Duelling Master Roger Goffin (CN Human ) | The leader of the Southern Schools, he only arrived in Restov five or six years ago. He is a wealthy man and has proven himself to be an excellent Modern Style duellist. |
| Councillor: Darain al Golka (LG Male Dwarf ) | one of the most respected Smiths in Redburgh Lowtown, Darain was brought up in the Golka minehold, before moving to Brundeston and then onto Restov. |
| Councillor: Thonat Lettson (N Male Human ) | Thon grew up on Riverside, made a fortune while adventuring and then invested it. He owns a fishing Jetty, lots of residential property in Riverside, has commercial interests in the bank and other businesses across Restov. |
