Tusk is an independent City State within the Nation of Brevoy. It does not have an intermediate lord and is responsible directly to the King-Regent. It is composed of the City itself and the surrounding land, it is the economic capital of the area, and controls most of the trade south towards the Sellen River main trade route.

Tusk Foundation Charter - issued by the Council of Peers, it confirms Tusk as an Independent City.
Tusk City Charter - Issued by the Tusk Council, it describes the system used to elect Tusk Council, along with basic protocol and procedures. NOTE (This is a very limited democracy, rather than anything we would recognise as a democracy today)
