 South of Restov this holding was supposed to secure the southern border of Restov from the Nomen Centaurs -and it has been reasonably successful in that -  but, perhaps, only by diverting the Centaurs' attention from the Restov border to Varnhold itself.
-Under the command of march Lord Maegar Varn,  Varnhold grew into a small town, connected to southern Restov via a single road, that is lined with small holdings and a couple of farms.  Recently, the town was found to be completely desertted and occupied by monsters - a brave group from midmarch are investigating.
