+===== Overview =====
+Community Developments are designed to support the local community, they are generally managed and run by community members.  They are a good way to make a 'donation' that supports the whole of the local community, and some even give you a small profit.  A portion of their economic benefit is distributed among the community, so they are more expensive (Investment Vs Return) that conventional developments.
+In rare cases, a community representative is appointed to the Local Council, and they can be assigned control of any income community developments generate.  In this case, they may choose to invest in new community developments, Communal Farms, schools or even businesses instead.  Community Representatives are always played by the DM, who will decide the will of the people, rather than the will of the council :P
+Any of these developments can be built or gifted to a local community as a charitable act, so long as you have permission from the local council.

+===== Descriptions =====
+**Community Jetty**: A Public Jetty is a multifunctional jetty often 'owned' by the local council.  Some of its capability (2 slots) is given over to help local small scale fishermen who use Coracles, skiffs or row boats to earn a living. The rest of the capacity (4 slots) can be used in more conventional ways to provide extra benefits for the community as a whole.  One of the slots (but only one) **could** be used to house a Local Patrol Boat and provide defence for the community.  Any unused slots (3 or 4) are used for Fishing Boats - these might be a first investment for an upcoming local, or they might be taken up by a larger organization who wishes to support the settlement.  Taxes are raised on any commercially operated boats, so the council benefits as well.
+A **Copper School** is just what it says.  A school that educates pupils for a copper.  It isn't high quality education, but it gets the basics across and gives students a chance to progress in the world. Most students are children of the common folk.  The teacher is often a commoner themselves.
+**Alms Houses**:  Alms Houses are intended to support old or feeble members of the community, who cannot (for some reason) earn enough money to pay rent.  It is managed by the local community, for the local community, and does not generate a profit.
+**Meeting Hall**: This type of community hall is most commonly found in the rural hamlets and are little more that large sheds. It is a place for bring and buy sales, cook-outs, barn dances and other communal activities such as recruiting fairs, weddings, sewing bees, Basketry sessions or religious meetings - and it is may well be used as extra storage by the whole community. It is managed by the communitty, for the community.  Any income generated is managed by a representative of the local community or distributed back to the locals in kind - it is never paid to a benefactor.  Taxes are raised normally, so the council benefits as well.
+**Community Mill**: A Community Mill is owned by members of the community, who bring their own grain to be milled and prepared.  Costs are lower here and the mill is less profitable than a commercial mill.  Any income generated is managed by a representative of the local community or distributed back to the locals in kind - it is never paid to a benefactor.  Taxes are raised normally, so the council benefits as well.
+**Community Workshop**: A Community Workshop is owned by members of the community, who bring their own produce to be prepared. It might be a Fish Processing Plant, a Winery, a Brewery or even a Leather Shop in an area with lots of hunters.  However it is flavoured, it must be relevant to the community.  Any income generated is managed by a representative of the local community or distributed back to the locals in kind - it is never paid to a benefactor.  Taxes are raised normally, so the council benefits as well.
+**Scrymball Team**:  Only available in hexes where there is a Scrymball Stadium.  A Scrymball Team is a good way of helping pull a community together, and getting them working together - however it needs quite a lot of space to practice.   Any income generated is managed by a representative of the local community or distributed back to the locals in kind - it is never paid to a benefactor.  Taxes are raised normally, so the council benefits as well.  However, the 'Patron' may be recognized in the name of the team's home  training facilities - which can help form a bond between the patron and the community.
