+Home to a small garrison it, it is under the command of Sir Marcelo Caratan, a magus from The Tannery States.  While the current garrison is small, it houses the town's Main blacksmith, Armourer, Weapon crafter.  Sir Marcelo also has a room set aside for enchanting both weapons and armour, both for the military and for sale to freebooters.   Their main military function is to watch the mouth of the bay for attacking vessels and signal the attack with whistling  flame arrows.  If an attacking vessel comes close enough, Sir Marcello will attack it with a fireball.
