+The Green is a pragmatic mixture of philosophy and faith that appears to crossover with many of the other established religions, and a number of traditional deities are seen as compatible with the belief system described below. So long as Nature and the world is important - it is acceptable to followers of The Green.

+Nature spirits, such as dryads, woodwose and nymphs are seen as an integral part of The Green, and those nature spirts, who have somehow surpassed their origins, and gained new names or powers, are seen as particularly important.  These include:

+      * Shan, the spirit of the Sea Wind  revered in  Porters Bar and by The Cult of the Small Gods (quasi-deity )
+      * Mawida, Rusina & Maria of The Old Lords.  (Thought to have become a triple deity called Maruma)
