+The heart of Lady Safia's holdings in Whiterun, you will find Lady Safiya's home, along with barracks for her personal guard and her main Merchant Wharf.  These are supported by Andoletta's Chapel, Yuelral's Shrine and a park.  It is also home to the Town's Hospital, Orphanage and a Three Ladies school.

+This district, is developing as a trade and merchant area, guarded by a second guard barracks.  It features Lady Safiya's second wharf, the WSM Serai and a mercenary guard company.
