====== The Farran Isles ======

A small state that spreads along an island chain, off the coast of the Tannery States.  It has no metal and little agriculture of its own, but it has a strong fishing and merchant fleet.  

It is ruled by an elected Lord Mayor, who sends ambassadors to both the Imperial and Tannery councils.
