Wee Jas

Wee Jas started off as a Lawful Neutral deity, changed to having Evil tendencies, but, with 5e, seems to have retuned to her earlier philosophies. I have three separate 'churches' spread around my campaign world: One with strongly LE philosophies, that is a hangover from earlier time, and two others that are more palatable in the 'modern' world.

The Twabeck Temple

The temple is associated with the Magic College in Twabeck, and the priests here revere Wee Jas as a deity of magic (LN) The temple has a long history that stretches back to the time of the Wangate Empire, as the empire fell apart the temple broke away from the necromantic sect of Wee Jas followers to, concentrate on Wee Jas in her role as a deity of magic.

The Sakharan Cults

Found in the city states of Sakhar, these semi-independent cults oversee the Pyramid-Tombs of the city's previous rulers, which said to house the local City-Deity. However, most northern scholar believe they house numerous high-level undead. (Ln(E)) These aren't so much a Public faith as something that goes on regardless. Some of the Pyramid-Tombs are believed to be a hangover from the days of the Wangate Empire, although others have been constructed much more recently.

The Wangate Necromancers

Left over from centuries before, pockets of necromantic priests and mages still survive in Galinia and, perhaps, other states. These are almost invariably intelligent undead - immortal casters who still follow the old ways.
