+This example below is an example of a Lord’s Patent issued to any person elevated to the rank of Lord or Lord Dominus.  The first section is standard and applied to all Holders, while the second section contains specific clauses.   There are slight differences between Landed Grants, Unlanded Grants and lifetime Grants.

+This Patent recognises Cyrus Lebeda-Ondari as Lord-Dominus of Ringbridge, in respect of his holdings at Ringbridge.  It may be inherited by his heirs, so long as the estate remains intact, is inherited with this title, and the new baron pledges allegiance to Brevoy.
