Galinia is almost the complete opposite, Lady Portia Briganda-Shay’s state does not have a city, and the Lady’s Tower is situated in an island town, part of the Nome Complex.  Away from the town, there are a couple of villages and a small Dwarf mine, much of the rest of the contains humanoids, undead or shape-changers. It is not a place for the faint-hearted.  Lady Portia's campaign to reconquer Galinia started when she was twenty-four, and now in her late middle age she is seeing signs of real progress.
