As an open port, ships from all nations are free to enter the port and trade - and Paria is the middle man for trade and the ransom/exchange of prisoners.      * [[consolidated:draishon:Shangkong:start|Shangkong]] The Sinonese settlement town in the Drai Shon Archipelago, Shankong is a - Yellow Flag Port - and allows limited access to vessels from other groups who have signed and agreed The Accords.
