+  * **Jekleal** - is a large port town,  originally developed as a staging post during the Sakaran occupation, but since then Jekleal has prospered under the leadership of their Sovereign lords.  It is home to the Jekleal College of the Performing Arts, which specializes in music and song, but does offers a wide range of bardic skills, at all lervels.  It current Lord, Ramsin III, is young and a weak ruler.  While the state is unlikely to go backwards, it isn't goubng to prosper under his leadership.  He remembers meeting Tara Briganda-Shay at a number of college events, and was struck by her eloquence, good looks and sophistication.
