-Since the separation of Tusk and Midmarch, Newgate has served as the Capital of Midmarch and is the administrative centre for Henry's personal estates.  The town is growing rapidly, and has a thriving trade district, and there are enough public facilities to make the place pleasant.  As a part of Henry's designated 'Bread Basket' province, Henry is building grain producing farms in the hinterland.  The town is paved throughout, and each district is identified by district walls.
