-Just a few miles outside Tusk, this small town is a convenient stopping place for the coaches and merchant caravans to both Newgate and Wyvernbridge.  It is a centre for entertainers, with Mordane Hall and The Amphitheatre offering a range of performances, while the Celestial Congress Inn, offers good quality food and accommodation.  Cass Mordane, sometimes known as The Mordane, owns the town, although it is managed by a council of his entourages, as Cass is also the Lord-Mayor of Tusk.
-Religious support mainly comes Pharasma's Mission, although its primary role is training undead hunters.  However, there is a shire dedicated to Cayden, in the Celestial congress, for those of a more convivial nature.
-The quayside is eerily empty, at the moment, as it waits for trade vessels to arrive, although the offices of The Southern Observer buzz with Irorian monks going about their business.
-Just outside town you will find a couple of farms, one (Owned by Jensen the Paladin) specializes in healing herbs and remedies, and even has a herbalist on site.

-  * **Silverton Garrison** where Lt Taps has command of a contingent of Lord Mordane's house-guards.
-  * **Civic services** include a grand City Hall and Night-Soil collectors who help to keep the town clean and free of disease.

-  * **The Celestial Congress**, a better quality inn than you might expect in such a small town.  It also boasts a shrine dedicated to Cayden Cailean.
-  * **Mordane Hall**, recently opened, it provides a place for performers and entertainers of all disciplines to get together as well as putting on concerts, shows and performances.  Think of it as a local theatrical/music/comedy venue.
-  * **Silverton Amphitheatre** - an outdoor performance area suitable for plays and concerts.
-  * **Silveton Quayside** - with berths for a number of ships, although it is eerily empty, at the moment.

-  * **Pharasma's Mission**  - Home to Marceline's Pharasmin Order dedicated to the slaying of undead.  It consists of :-
