Set on a hill, at the edge of the wetlands - little more than a trade post with a General Store, dairy workshop and a Lodging house.

Lord has a deal withj a local Grippl Tribe - they send a few herders to look after his water buffalo, and he will help protect them should the Boggards come. He also trades with them for stuff from the wetlands (In turn, they perhaps trade with other grippli and perhaps even Lizardfolk) The Water buffalo are milked, which is turned into cheese and shipped back to Tas Dann (however, there isn't a lot of it).

There is a cave in the hill (needs some planning) that has Obsidian nodules buried in limestone. He charges a small fee to enter the cave, and more for a licence to establish a 'claim' on a tunnel.

No one is making much money - BUT it is the first independent settlement in Galinia.
