The main town, built on an island, in the middle of Nome Pool, and hub of the Nome Complex. Tas Dann is the administrative centre, the main trade port and the crafting centre for Galinia.

The castle, once the home of a local lord, has been rebuilt as the basis of the new settlement. The central keep, with its great tower, serves as Town Hall, Court and home to Lady Portia. Other buildings in the walled enclose include The Temple of the Shrines (a non-denominational temple with shrines dedicated to Shan, Azan, Yarma and Cayden Caileann and Pelor), the Sail and Blade Inn and a magic shop owned by House Caratan.

The Docks fall under the aegis of the FFTC, with their offices, warehouses and jetties. There is also a Way House, a general store and The Lugger (a Tavern).
