Unlike the larger islands, the Outer Islands are not dominated by a single race, but provide a home to an eclectic range of peoples. While Goblins might be the dominant race on one island, others might be controlled by Kobolds, or have Neanderthals as the main race. Most, however, have a number of different races, either living in harmony, or fighting endlessly for more space and better locations.

The outer islands are much smaller than the inner Islands, and this is where you will find most of the colonial settlements and Paria.
