Use homebrew orc cultures.

Fjord Orcs make up most of the orcs, but put in a few 'swamp' orcs and a few 'normal' orcs - to make pirates and raiders. These guys are going to be mainly warriors, with fighter / barbaraian leaders.

Use normal orc commoners to represent the females of this 'cobbled together' tribe.
