Sandfolk: Are a variant lizardfolk who are covered in thick, horny scales, and also bear the unique ability to squirt poison from their mouths as a ranged attack. Treat them as lizardfolk, but trade the hold breath special ability for the ability to squirt poison as a ranged touch attack up to 10 feet away (poison, contact; save Fortitude DC 13; frequency 1/round for 6 rounds; effect 1 Con damage; cure 1 save).

The Sandfolk found in the harsh mountainous terrain, that surrounds Ozgryn (in Finaroka), these Sandfolk tend to live in smaller groups, and regularly move on whenever their current location has been hunted out, or stops giving up game. Bands (3–12) of Sandfolk live in caves, and just disguise their new home with a blind. They don't carry many items with them, and will often abandon a home, if they feel threatened.
