Purchased from the Viscount by Lady Safiya Vallani in 4719. Her intention is to establish the town as a trade gateway between Midmarch and Sunsmarch.

• Eastgate Fort - There is a detachment of Lady Safiyha's House Guard, under Sergeant Brom, stationed here to patrol the village and surrounding area.

• Vallani Trading - This serai and local market facilitate trade for the locals and trade caravans alike.
