Officers
Sergeant (L3) - Same stats as their troops PLUS Diplomacy 4.
Lieutenant (L4) - Same stats as Standard troops PLUS one level of Aristocrat.
Lt Commander (L5) - Same stats as Veteran troops PLUS one level of Aristocrat. (Must have one point in Diplomacy) (and 4xAuxiliaries)
Commander (L6) - Same stats as Veteran troops PLUS two level of Aristocrat. (and 8xAuxiliaries)
