Cutters are naval vessels and are generally disliked by their crew, as they are cramped and have large sails to deal with. Not only that they carry a limited armoury and only a small contingent of marines, but still need a full crew of 20 sailors. Their one advantage is that they are a touch faster than most other vessels.
