The colony is ruled by Lady Tara Briganda-Shay, daughter of two royal bloodlines but not in-line for any throne. She has three main advisors, who control important aspects of Finaroka's infrastructure.

• Balan Bayani (M, Human) who oversees the FFTC contracts and incentive schemes in the region, is the governor’s senior trade advisor.
