Building Beans

Price 2,000gp; Slot none; CL 10th; Weight negligible, Aura Weak(Transmutation/Summoning)

Poke a hole in the ground that you are going to build on, push the bean in and water it. After a hard day of work, when all of your builders go home, ghost spiders come out and scuttle about all over your new building. In the morning, extra little bits of work have been carried out, minor construction faults fixed and some areas just look much more finished. You will never see the spiders during the day, and once the building is finished the ghost spiders disappear for good – although there might well be normal, everyday, spiders that take up residence.

Effect: Reduce the cost of a building by 0.5bp – to a minimum of 0.5bp. One bean per building.

Fairy Balls

Price 50gp each; Slot none; CL 3rd; Weight negligible, Aura Weak (Transmutation)

A small metal sphere (often made of lead) that glows as brightly as a candle, although the light given off may be blue, green, or violet - that used as a replacement for a candle. They make a good source of light for creatures with Dark Vision who want to read, or creatures with low=Light vision who are underground.

Note: This is actually a single sling bullet, enchanted to +1 that sheds light equivalent to Fairy Fire. Fifty Fairy Balls, in the same spot, glow as brightly as an Everburning Torch. Note, that if the Fairy Ball is ever used as a sling bullet, the ball is destroyed and the 'glow' goes out.
