The newest of the great estates of Brevoy, created after the great barons stepped in to avert a civil way between House Surtova and The Aldori. East Rostland is 'ruled' by Lady Jamandi Aldori, although she doesn't really have control of the county yet.

The Aldori of East Rostland have spent over ten years without an overlord, and have a history of squabbling and dissent. To the west of the county, the Aldori are weaker, and there are many local lords who were loyal to the Rogarvia and, to a lesser extent, The Surtova, and there has been an influx of Aldori from Restov, all wanting to claim part of the action.

The Lady Jamandi has a careful balancing act to perform.
