The part of the game setting is built around the colonized islands of Finaroka and its small mainland settlement. It is suitable for an exploration based game, up and around the Mulcoft delta. It was originally intended for a colonization/pirate game, but I decided I could make that work better in a different setting.

As yet, no explorations or adventures have been planned for the area - BUT it is ready for future use.

Finaroka is a large town, capital of a small island chain, that oversees the settlement at Croston, a smaller town in the delta of the Mulcroft River. Croston is intended to act as a base for settling and exploring the land around the river and further inland. The lands around Finaroka and Stilton have not been properly cleared and there is some threat from humanoid tribes, in both places.

Piracy is also a problem. Sakar (just across the Northern Range) has taken exception to the settlement and the attempt to control trade with Paria. While the Sakar Navy makes an occasional appearance, the biggest problem is pirates and privateers. Then there are the orc tribes, settled in small coves and fjords along the coast - with a history of raiding each other using small galleys. Now, they have switched targets …

Background material - a number of different pages that were written when this area was meant as a pirating/colonization game. Some of the material will still be useful - some will need tailoring to any new campaign.
