An administrative district that has developed around 'Oleg's Trading Post', that the original party helped rescue. Because the land here is fertile and suitable for farming, Henry has designated the region as 'The Bread Basket' of Midmarch and encourages rural developments.

Oston, the small town that grew out of Oleg's Trade Post, has become the trade focus of the region. The military commander for the district is based at Outpost, one of the first villages to be developed.

Bar-Z and Junction fall within this Administrative District, as does Bokken - the old hermit who lives out in the wilds north of Outlook.
