 The province is split into three 'Ridings' and an independent town.
   * The West Riding is administered by Pemar leMaistre, Governor of Wyvern Bridge.  The West Riding is home to an experimental management at Litwin Cove and Apple Lodge, but is otherwise administered as a rural area on the trade route between Newgate and Wyvern Bridge.

   * The East riding is administered by the Sir Borric, Chief Magistrate of Midmarch, from his base at Outpost.  This riding contains the main towns and cities of Midmarch and includes the holdings of the leMaistre, Lebeda-Ondari, Aeris and Vallani families.
   * Kunlun is an independent town in the south of Midmarch, which is home to the Southern Religious Council and is administered by the Priests of Kunlun.
