Located on an old burial mound, south-east of Ringbridge, Mound is a small town that serves as a forward defence for The Shrike Bridge. Lady Zauria Lebeda (Lady Valoria’s sister) oversees the town and its garrison. Mound overlooks the old refugees trail that ran from Jovvox to Restov, and leads down to the River Gurdin, at Gurdinford.

The town has a local market, graveyard and tavern, and serves a couple of local sheep farms as well.
