Little Oppara: (Small Town, Pop 1365) Your closest town, port and market. An opulent town, with fine taverns serve delicacies from across Golarion, and richly attired men and women frequent plays, operas, and other sophisticated entertainment at the famed Blooming Rose Theater. One could easily forget this is a pirate haven and instead mistake it for a small city in the very heart of the Taldan Empire.

Goats Head: (Small Town, Pop 470) A rough and ready town with a population of just over 400 souls. It has three taverns, a pair of inns, and a half-dozen big warehouses. It sees its share of merchants anxious to barter for stolen Sargavan goods at bargain prices, and it is also rumored that the Pathfinders have some interest in the town as a potential base of sorts, though their reasons have not yet been made clear. Goatshead is a rough place. As for government, the town charter is affixed with a dagger to the wall of its oldest tavern, Walleye’s Rum Room. Scrawled in the childish script of a semiliterate, it reads, “No lawss, nor lords, evry won is hez oon mastr—We ar the lass baschun of freedym.” It is signed by three very shaky X’s, a testimony to the education of the founding trio as well as their intemperance.

Rickety's Squibs: (Village, Pop 77) The village is a dedicated shipyard, famed far and wide for its ability to repair, upgrade and change the looks of ships.

Crab Island: (Hamlet, Pop 30) This small fortified settlement is part of Lady Agasta Smythee's holding, reclaimed by the party and occasionally used as their base.

Windward Isle: (Thorpe, Pop 20) This small fortified settlement is Home to Kaleb and Lady Smythee, their household, Thresher and her crew.

Skinny Whale Island - home to a tribe of Goblins who use canoes to attack ships that get too close to the island. They have been known to try and draw ships inshore with signal fires, and then attack, out of the darkness, from their war canoes. You rescued Duma, Elder of Coconut Island, from here. It was also the site of a battle with the Gnome and a group of Chelaxian sailors from Dominator - which ended in the sacking of the Goblin base. The Goblins weren't wiped out, but they were severely weakened.
